Saif Ali Khan Attack: Cops Reveal Bangladeshi National Entered Property While Security Guards Were Asleep

In a shocking revelation, Mumbai Police have disclosed that the alleged intruder involved in the recent attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was a Bangladeshi national who managed to enter the actor’s property while two security guards were asleep. The incident, which occurred late last week, has raised serious concerns about the lapses in security at high-profile residences and the challenges of managing unauthorized entries in the city.  

According to police officials, the intruder, identified as 24-year-old Mohammad Salim (name changed), scaled the boundary wall of Saif Ali Khan’s Bandra residence in the early hours of the morning. Shockingly, the two private security guards stationed at the property were found asleep during their shift, allowing Salim to enter undetected.  

“The guards failed in their duty to monitor the premises. The intruder took advantage of their negligence and entered the property,” said Senior Inspector Rajesh Deshmukh of the Bandra Police Station. “He was apprehended by the actor’s domestic staff before he could cause any harm.”  

Saif Ali Khan, who was reportedly inside the house with his family at the time, was unharmed. However, the incident has left the actor and his loved ones shaken. “It’s a wake-up call for all of us. We need to be more vigilant about our safety,” said a source close to the Khan family.  

Further investigations revealed that Salim, a Bangladeshi national, had been living illegally in Mumbai for several months. Police are now probing how he managed to evade detection and whether he had any accomplices. “We are looking into his background and possible motives. It’s unclear whether this was a targeted attack or a random act,” added Deshmukh.  

The incident has sparked a broader conversation about the security of celebrities and high-net-worth individuals in Mumbai. Security experts have emphasized the need for stricter protocols, including regular audits of private security personnel and the use of advanced surveillance systems.  

“This is not just about Saif Ali Khan. It’s a reminder that security lapses can happen anywhere. Guards need to be trained better, and properties must be equipped with modern technology to prevent such breaches,” said Rakesh Sharma, a security consultant.  

Meanwhile, the two security guards have been suspended, and their agency is under scrutiny. The Mumbai Police have also intensified efforts to identify and deport illegal immigrants in the city, following concerns about their involvement in criminal activities.  

As the investigation continues, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and preparedness in ensuring personal safety. For Saif Ali Khan and his family, the breach has been a harrowing experience, but it has also prompted a renewed focus on security measures to prevent future incidents.
