PM Modi: India Poised to Become the World’s Hub for Skilled Talent

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reaffirmed India's commitment to meeting the growing global demand for skilled professionals, highlighting the country’s vast pool of young, dynamic talent and robust training infrastructure. Speaking at an international forum on workforce development, the Prime Minister emphasized that India is ready to take on the challenges of the evolving global economy, particularly in technology, healthcare, and green energy sectors.

“India is home to the world’s largest youth population, and this demographic advantage is our greatest strength,” said PM Modi. He pointed out that initiatives like Skill India, Digital India, and the New Education Policy (NEP) have been tailored to prepare India's workforce for the demands of the future, ensuring that they are not just job-seekers but job creators.

The Prime Minister also highlighted India’s strategic focus on skilling programs aligned with international standards. “We are working closely with global partners to design programs that cater to industry needs worldwide. Whether it’s in AI, renewable energy, or healthcare, Indian talent is ready to drive progress,” he added.

PM Modi’s remarks come at a time when countries around the world are grappling with talent shortages in key industries.
