Statewide Crackdown in West Bengal: 49 Firearms Seized, 43 Arrested



In a decisive move to curb violence, authorities in West Bengal launched a comprehensive statewide operation, resulting in the seizure of 49 firearms and the arrest of 43 individuals suspected of involvement in various criminal activities. The crackdown carried out over the past 24 hours, targeted known hotspots and areas with rising crime rates.
